Chapman Stables is a new condo development which includes the redevelopment of early 20th-century horse stables. The project will deliver a total of 114 new units. The historic three-story building will have 36 units and a new five-story building will have 78 units. Floor plans feature 540 - 1,100 SF of living space and the project is expected to deliver in 2018. Chapman Stables is located on N Street NW between 1st Street NW and North Capitol Street in Truxton Circle.
