Chapman Stables is a new condominium 114 new unit development that includes the redevelopment of early 20th-century horse stables. The historic three-story building includes 36 units, and a new five-story addition has 78 additional units. Chapman Stables is located on N Street NW between 1st Street NW and North Capitol Street in Truxton Circle. The project was delivered in 2018.

Chapman Stables was honored with The American Institute of Architects (AIA) Housing Award for Excellence in Residential Design by Studio 27 Architecture in 2024. Additionally, it was featured in the 2020 District of Columbia Awards for Excellence in Historic Preservation, where MV+A was proud to be part of this award-winning team to rehabilitate the Chapman Stables.
