The Hampshires

The Hampshires involved the master planning and rezoning (PUD) of the Medstar Nursing Home at 6000 New Hampshire Avenue into a mix of 111 single-family dwellings and townhomes on the 11-acre site. The Hampshires was built around a landscaped Village Green featuring landscaped open space and a dog park. The City Homes at the Hampshires consist of 38 single-family detached homes up to 2,700 sq. ft. in size and include 4 or 5-bedroom configurations. The Towns of Hampshires offer 73 townhomes ranging from approximately 1,800 to 1,900 sq. ft. and include 3 or 4 bedroom configurations.   Sales began in 2013 and the final homes were delivered and sold in 2015.
